I injured my right shoulder, hand and elbow and could not lift up a pot of tea without pain. I was referred by my GP to go for physiotherapy with Ms Huang Boxian. Ms Huang will ask questions, so as to understand where my pain areas are. Then, she will skilfully treat my affected areas. She is very patient and she listens to my concerns. She also teaches me some exercises that I can do on my own, to help in my recovery. She also sends me video on what i can do, to help me with pain in my left heel. One day after my physiotherapy session with Ms Huang Baoxian, my pain and ache was gone by about 90%! Thank you, Ms Huang for your professional physiotherapy skills in treating my affected areas

Had a great physio session for an annoying back ache, and the exercises recommended have really helped since begun doing them every night. I’d been living with neck and shoulder pain for almost two years, convinced it was just a pillow or mattress issue. I went through more than ten pillows trying to fix it! Over the past six months, the pain became constant—I’d wake up with it and go to bed with it every day. A friend recommended Bao, and after my very first visit, the pain was almost completely gone. By my third session, Bao suggested I get an MRI, something I’d never considered before. It turned out I had a herniated disc at C5 and C6. Bao has been amazing—continuing to treat me with massages and giving me new exercises each week. Now, the pain is almost entirely gone, and I just deal with a bit of mild discomfort while stretching scar tissue. Honestly, Bao has been a godsend, and I’m so grateful for her help.

I went to Baoxian with long-term issues with my shoulder as well as my knees. She found knots in my muscles I never knew I had and gave me a bunch of exercises to correct imbalances in my muscles and my shoulders and my knees have vastly improved.
